16-HOUR COMPETENT PERSON TRAINING
The Malta Dynamics 16-hour Competent Person Training program is a comprehensive, two-day course designed by industry-leading fall protection manufacturers. This safety training equips competent persons with the proper training to oversee fall protection programs, identify predictable hazards and implement prompt corrective measures to maintain a safe work environment on construction jobsites.
Participants receive hands-on training and a practical evaluation, ensuring they understand fall protection systems, fall prevention techniques and how to properly use fall protection equipment. The course material covers  OSHA regulations, ANSI Z359 requirements, harness fitting, proper donning, rescue procedures and the responsibilities of safety managers and safety directors.
Additionally, the training course includes modules on Ladders and Horizontal Lifelines, Steel Erectors and Aerial Lifts, Confined Spaces and Excavation Sites and Scaffolding Safety and fall protection and rescue plans.
