X500: Rotatable 360-Degree Overhead Anchor
The X500 is a free-standing, one-user, mobile fall protection system. The anchor height is 25’ from the ground level, and the mast rotates 360 degrees with no more than the push of a hand. The multi-position boom lock allows a user to place the anchor point directly above them, minimizing free fall distance in the case of a fall, and eliminating the additional hazards of falling while anchored below a user’s D-ring.
The base is a factory-filled counterweight with fork pockets for easy transport around a facility, crane pick points can be used for transport and assembly, and fully adjustable jacks to ensure a level height for your X500, even if the ground is not level. This machine comes ready-to-use after just a few minutes of assembly, it undergoes strict testing parameters, and exceeds anchorage requirements for OSHA.

X550: Truck Counterweighted Anchor
The X550 is a truck-counterweight, one-user
mobile fall protection system. The anchor height is 22’ from the ground level,
and the anchorage is in a fixed location.
The X550 is designed specifically for providing
fall protection anchorage for one user while loading and unloading trucks. The
drive-over thresholds allow a driver to feel when the truck is positioned as
the counterweight, then procedures should be followed to ensure the truck does
not move during the time a worker is tied off to the X550. There are minimum
requirements and specifics to become familiar with before utilizing the X550.
When not in-use for active fall arrest, the X550
is free-standing, and features fork pockets for easy transport around a
facility.
