Fall Protection Inspection
At Malta Dynamics, our Fall Protection Inspection Service is designed to keep your jobsite safe and compliant. Our Competent Persons perform a thorough visual inspection of your fall protection equipment, including harnesses, lanyards and self-retracting lifelines. INSPECTION PROCESS
1. Equipment Check-In
 Each item is tagged, logged and added to your inspection record for tracking.
2. Visual Review
 Harnesses, SRLs, lanyards and rescue gear are checked for:
- Frayed stitching
- Cuts or burns
- Deformed hardware
- Mold, rust, or other damage
3. Hardware and Label Review
 D-Rings, buckles, snap hooks and labels are reviewed for proper function and legibility.
4. Standards Conformance Check
 We verify that each item meets:
- OSHA 1910/1926 regulations
- ANSI Z359 inspection criteria
- Manufacturer-specific usage and retirement guidance
5. Inspection Report
 You’ll receive:
- An inspection report for passed items
- Detailed checklist of all inspected equipment
- Notes on failed or questionable gear
6. Recommendations
Failed items are flagged for immediate removal from service and we can recommend replacement gear from Malta Dynamics or other compliant brands.
