Why it Matters
OSHA requires a periodic and pre-use inspection of all fall protection systems to ensure worker safety. According to OSHA 1910 and 1926, all fall protection equipment must be inspected on a regular basis by a Competent Person and removed from service if found to be defective.
Meeting these inspection requirements protects your crew and helps you avoid violations, downtime and liability. Whether you’re in the construction industry, maintenance, or utilities, regular inspections are a best practice and a safety essential.
